Nicole Kmieciak is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified Project Manager with experience of managing large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. Focus areas include UMCS, lighting/illumination systems, fire and life safety systems, mechanical and electrical systems, energy, security and OCONUS operations. Nicole has a Bachelor of Science from Towson University in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration.
Brian Cousins brings more than 35 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Building Automation Systems (BAS) construction. Throughout his career, Brian has held progressively responsible roles including field installation technician, BAS design engineer, BAS technician, project manager, and operations manager, providing him with comprehensive, hands-on expertise across all phases of project delivery. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Northern Iowa.
