Sophie Purdy is a Professional Electrical Engineer who has provided energy and electrical engineering, construction administration, and project management services for a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, government, educational, religious, aviation, and LEED/sustainable design projects. Her project experience includes design and construction of facility controls, power distribution, lighting, lighting protection and grounding systems. Sophie has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University and a Masters in Business Administration from Baker University.

Ezra Purdy

Ezra Purdy is a Professional Mechanical Engineer and a NEBB Certified Professional who specializes in design-build construction with an emphasis in HVAC Controls and Mechanical Systems. He has extensive experience in design and construction services for the industrial and commercial sectors. Ezra has also provided commissioning and retro commissioning services for a variety of facilities including but not limited to; healthcare, municipalities, military and correctional institutions. Ezra holds a Class A Mechanical Contractors License in Texas and has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University.

Rob Weis

Vice President | PE

Rob Weis is a professional Electrical Engineer specializing in industrial PLC controls and SCADA system design and installation.  Rob has extensive experience providing automation system design and construction for a variety of projects including industrial buildings, offshore installations, oil field applications, gaming equipment, card reading, etc.  Rob’s experiences also include providing system analysis, design, installation, and project management services for retrofits to existing PLC, SCADA, and other automation systems in new facilities.  Rob has a Bachelors of Science from Texas Christian University.

Chris Baack

Vice President | Master Electrician

Chris Baack has over 25 years of experience in Project Management of Electrical, HVAC, Building Controls, Hot and Chilled Water Systems, Industrial Controls and Electrical, Wind and Solar, and Oil Field Instrumentation.  Chris manages all aspects of the construction projects with experience in electrical installations, industrial controls, mechanical equipment, building automation, PLC’s in healthcare facilities, as well as commercial and industrial buildings.  Chris holds a Master Electrician license in the State of Texas.
